Gonzalo Antón founded the hillside winery, which uses its steep slope for gravity-assisted production. His son Lalo now runs it, making modern wines that are true to their roots and made to be shared with friends over a meal.

The Vineyards

The Garnacha grows at 790 metres on clay-chalky soils, from goblet-trained, low-yielding vines. The climate is Atlantic with a Mediterranean influence.

In the Winery

The grapes are hand-harvested, and the free-run juice is fermented in stainless steel and kept on its lees for several weeks. There's no malolactic fermentation or oak, to keep the wine vibrant.

Pair it with: a Dressed Crab with our Spicy Mango Slaw.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0265/3205/3038/files/8-RYwiG5cUS-transformed_bfe61e4a-48bf-4926-9e63-3ed9e122fc26.png?v=1694610472
