By now, you will likely have tried Dean’s signature dish of St. Andrews Bay lobster with mirin butter sauce. This iconic offering features across many of our luxury boxes and is actually the signature dish at Haar Restaurant too!
Fun fact: the lobster for this dish is caught metres from the venue, right in St. Andrews Bay.
