Can I use ‘Haar Restaurant’ vouchers to purchase Haar at Home boxes?

Haar Restaurant and Haar at Home are separate companies therefore vouchers for Haar Restaurant or any other affiliated business cannot be used for Haar at Home.

Why can’t you deliver to my postcode?
We deliver nationwide within Mainland UK using a third-party courier (excluding some rural postcodes - click here to view more information).

Am I able to order any of the food experiences as a single portion? 
Our luxury food boxes typically serve two persons; the serving size is stated in each product's description.  At present, we do not have any single-serve boxes but ingredients can be refrigerated and enjoyed for up to two days after delivery. 

Can I swap or remove any of the dishes or remove alcohol from a box?
Sorry, we're unable to edit the contents of each box. 

I have made an order outwith your postcode area, what do I do?
Our delivery areas are clearly defined. We will give you the option to collect your order otherwise you will be liable for an additional admin fee to cancel your order.

Do you offer collection?
Collection can be arranged from our office in Perth, subject to availability - please contact for more information.

What time will I receive my delivery on the day?
Between 8am and 8pm on your selected date.

Can I have a delivery at a certain time?

Where possible our national deliveries are sent on a next day service. With your order, you will be sent tracking information about when you should expect your delivery by the delivery company, this will be on the morning of your delivery.  Please note that timings are only a guideline as delivery may take place from 8am-8pm.

Can I place an order without a 'meal box'?

How long will the delivery last if it’s refrigerated?
Ingredients can be refrigerated at home and enjoyed through the expiration date stamped on the card inside your box.  (This is typically two days from your delivery date.)  Please ensure you follow the date inside your box, or get in touch with our team if you have any queries.

What’s more, the insulated RecyCoolBox® the food arrives in, can be go straight into your recycling bin.

Can I freeze any of the food?
We wouldn’t recommend freezing any of the food at home, as the quality and safety will be affected.

I have dietary requirements – how do I make you aware of these?

How much cooking / preparation work is required?
This varies from dish to dish. All components are packed separately and are prepared as much as possible beforehand. All dishes come with Dean’s re-heating instructions.

My lobster is green - what do I do?

It is normal for our lobsters to arrive green/black in colour - this is the tomalley, and it's delicious!  For more information on how to prepare and enjoy, please see our video HERE

Do you accommodate food allergies? 

We are not able to accommodate individual food allergies, however we have outlined all allergens on each product page.
