Why can’t you deliver to my postcode?
We deliver nationwide with our delivery partner (exluding some rural postcodes - click here to them).

I have made an order outwith your postcode area but cannot collect?
Our delivery area's are clearly defined. We will give you the option to collect your order otherwise you will be liable for an additional admin fee to cancel your order.

Do you offer collection?
At this moment we are unable to offer collection from Haar Restaurant however we have introduced a discounted delivery fee for those in KY and DD postcodes.

What time will I receive my delivery on the day?
Between 8am and 8pm on your selected date

Can I have a delivery at a certain time?

Where possible our national deliveries are sent on a next day before 12pm service. With your order you will be sent tracking information about when you should expect your delivery by the delivery company, this will be on the morning of your delivery. If you would like to recieve your order 'earlier' we would suggest collection or selecting delivery for the day prior.

Can I use a giftcard from Haar Restaurant?
Currently we are using different systems therefore cannot accept giftcards but this is something we are looking to integrate in the future.

I would like to cancel my order for this weekend?
Orders can only be cancelled / amended within 24 hours of placing an order.

Can I place an order without a 'meal box'?
Yes you can but please just us know your prefered delivery date

How long will the delivery last if it’s refrigerated?
We recommend enjoying our boxes on the day of delivery. Each item has a use by date, so please ensure you follow these dates.

What time will I receive my delivery on the day?
Between 8am and 8pm on your selected date

Can I freeze any of the food?
We wouldn’t recommend freezing any of the food, as the quality will be affected.

I have dietary requirements – how do I make you aware of these?

How much cooking / preparation work is required?
This varies from dish to dish. All components are packed separately and are prepared as much as possible beforehand. All dishes come with Dean’s re-heating instructions.

If you have any problems when placing an order, after placing an order or once you have recived your food please get in touch with your team so we can help with a quick resolution.

Thanks for your order it is greatly appreciated! We love our customers to tell their friends and family about what we do.
