In true Dean Banks style, our Luxury British Wagyu Burger Kit takes incredible local and British produce and gives it an Asian-inspired twist. The true start of the show? The super-high quality beef: 100% British wagyu with no additives or fillers, just simple salt & pepper to bring out the flavour. With pillowy-soft sesame brioche buns to soak up the juices (from Barnett's Bakery, a long-standing staple of Scotland's East coast), top your burgers with melty mature cheddar, crispy fried onions, refreshing baby gem lettuce and smoky streaky bacon. The finishing touch? A generous dollop of our secret sauce.
