Start with our perfectly spiced trout pastrami served with cool and tangy creme fraiche, pickled seaweed cucumber and a corn coblet loaf from our favourite Scottish bakery, Barnett's.  Divinely rich lobster Thermidor is the star of the show with seaweed roasted potatoes to make sure that not a drop of the creamy, indulgent sauce goes to waste.
