Haar's Cured trout 

We use Loch Etive trout which is a beautiful and delicate trout from Scotland. Our trout is cured using a sustainable method in which we do not wash our fish after dry curing which in turn keeps all the flavour locked into the fish. You will find our trout has a real depth of flavour.  

We finish our trout with wakame seaweed which is full of Umami and fresh chives. We recommend serving with lemon and rye bread. You can also enjoy with eggs for Breakfast.
