Since our inception in the height of lockdown 2020, we have always held one ethos close to our heart, bringing the finest Scottish ingredients to the people of the United Kingdom with our incredible luxury boxes.
Things all started with the now iconic luxury lobster and crab box, but fast forward more than three years, and we now offer a whole host of delicious offerings, delivered nationwide.
In the last few weeks, we have added several new luxury boxes to the website. With everything from a collaborative box with MasterChef winner Gary Maclean, to a Haar Restaurant ‘at-home’ tasting menu experience and even a surf and turf BBX box for those warmer weekends.
Let’s get into these incredible new luxury offerings, and what to expect when they arrive at your door.
Pro Series 006
You will remember Gary from the 2016 round of prestigious MasterChef: The Professionals, where he took home the coveted prize of first place in the competition. For this menu, he is joined by none other than our very own MasterChef, the man at the helm of all things Haar, Chef Dean Banks.
Together, they have curated a special four-course menu for you to enjoy from the comfort of your own home.
To start, we have hand-dived Scottish scallops teamed with the ever-iconic Stornoway black pudding, garnished with potato and apple crisps.
Next, you will be indulging in Dean’s signature offering of St. Andrews Bay lobster with a rich mirin butter sauce.
For mains, we have a venison and haggis wellington served with roasted baby carrots, crisp new potatoes, tenderstem and drizzled with a rich garlic and rosemary jus.
To finish, we have dark chocolate fondant with Katy Rodgers crème fraiche, raspberry, and oatmeal granola.
Rounding off this delightful culinary experience (and when you are sitting enjoying a post-dinner tea or coffee), we have some Glasgow macaroon-inspired petit fours.

Haar St. Andrews Tasting Menu
Haar’s tasting menus are nothing short of iconic, and now you can enjoy one wherever you are in the country.
Chef Dean Banks and the team have devised a genuinely magical five-course tasting menu that will likely be gracing your dining table soon.
Bursting with delicious Scottish ingredients hailing from our bountiful land and seas, this is a menu that you will not forget in a hurry, trust us.
Course one: Fresh corn and sunflower seed loaf with the iconic miso butter
Course two: Pork belly with a kimchi puree, puffed pork skin and pear puree
Course three: Trout Pastrami with a Café de Paris emulsion and pickled daikon
Optional course: Whole St Andrews Bay dressed lobster with a mirin butter sauce
Fun fact: this is Chef Dean Banks’ signature dish!
Main: Beef bavette steak with black garlic butter, seaweed potatoes and asparagus
Dessert: Miso caramel and chocolate pave
