Each can easily be prepared on the barbecue, and the grilling process allows for an added smoky flavour to be imparted onto all the delicious items. We couldn’t recommend this one enough.

Preparing Your Dishes
All our luxury boxes come with easy-to-follow instructions that can be simply adjusted to suit your new-found love for grilling. You really want to keep to the general rule of thumb of having your meat at an internal temperature of 82°c.
With the lobster, each should be cooked shell-side down to allow the delicate meat to come up to temperature. For the final couple of minutes of the cooking process, we recommend that you finish the other side of the lobster on the grill. This gives the lobster meat some excellent grill marks for texture and lets the flames impart some delicious smokiness to the meat.
For the crab, we could recommend the whole cooking process be done shell side down. As the crab meat is a little more delicate and flaky, it could fall into the grill if turned upside down.
With your steak, we would always recommend allowing the meat to come to room temperature before grilling. This ensures an even cook throughout. The next stage is down to your own personal preference for how you like your steak cooked.

Allowing the meat to rest for five to ten minutes will allow the steak to come up to your desired temperature.
Top tip: cover the steak with some kitchen foil to ensure none of the heat escapes.
